YAG 2027
Lodging and travel
Where to stay
Lodging is not included in the 2027 ticket, so please book your own place to stay for Friday and Saturday night. Details on recommended places to stay will be posted here soon.
Each day starts with Mass at St. Gertrude the Great, 4900 Rialto Road, West Chester, OH 45069, so somewhere near the church makes mornings easiest.
Flying
The nearest airport is Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky (CVG), about an hour’s drive south of the church. Arriving early on Friday is not a problem: people will be setting up in Helfta Hall, and any help is appreciated!
Maybe someone local can come and get you from the airport. Maybe not. Do not count on it. Let us know when you register, and send us your flight times as soon as you have them. We try to match people who need airport rides with willing local volunteers, but it is not always possible, especially if your flight is at an odd time or on a different day (like arriving Thursday or leaving Monday). Checking “need rides” when you register only guarantees that we will try. Budget for airport transportation just to be safe, or, if you already know people in Cincinnati, ask them for a firm commitment ahead of time.
Getting around during the weekend
Once you get to St. Gertrude’s, it gets easier. Everyone is going to the same place at more or less the same time, and we will help arrange carpools. If at any point you’re unsure how to get to the next event, speak up and tell the people nearby that you need a ride!
